Dmitry Tsarkov has been working in the tech industry since 2010. Dmitry started as a Software Developer and then became a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Mbanq in 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal and Insurance Consultant in 2009, Head of Legal Department at ELKOS JSC in 2008, and Head of Legal Department (Moscow branch) and Lawyer at Energogarant JSC in 2005.

Dmitry Tsarkov completed their Master of Laws - LLM in Law from the State University - Higher School of Economics between 2002 and 2007.
