Jessica Shklar has over 25 years of work experience in the business and finance industry. Jessica began their career in 1994 as a Marketing Manager at Coopers & Lybrand. In 1995, they moved to American Express as a Director of Six Sigma/Black Belt/Marketing Manager, where they led the strategy and implementation for a company-wide Six Sigma program for a global travel, financial, and network provider. In 2001, they joined JPMorgan Chase as a SVP/Quality Leader/Master Black Belt, responsible for launching, deploying, and integrating quality initiatives across a 19,000-person, $1B/yr. company. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Senior Quality Consultant at Philip Crosby Associates, where they were responsible for end-to-end management of the Client Services process. Since 2008, they have been the Managing Director and Senior Consultant at mbaMission, where they guide applicants through the MBA admissions process and helps them understand their strengths, weaknesses, vision, passion, and contribution to the school.
Jessica Shklar obtained their MBA, with Distinction, from Harvard Business School between 1992 and 1994, specializing in General Management. Jessica also earned an A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard University between 1984 and 1988, with a focus on Cultural Anthropology.
