Donald Kimberland has over 18 years of work experience. Donald began their career in 2003 as a General Manager at Pizza Hut. In 2007, they took on the role of Assistant Manager at Advance Auto Parts, and concurrently held a Design Engineer position at Allied Machine & Engineering Corp. In 2010, they became a Design Engineer at Haiss Fabripart. From 2013 to 2017, Donald worked as an Engineer-Project Manager at ORRVILON, where they interfaced with various manufacturing departments and Corporate headquarters to update project status, reviewed drawing and project specifications to identify critical path items, and wrote project procedures. In 2017, Donald became a Quality Manager at Kuttler Machine Inc. and in 2020 they took on the role of CAD/Mechanical Engineer at Spunfab Adhesive Fabrics. Currently, Donald is a Project Engineer at MB Kit Systems LLC.

Donald Kimberland began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Eastern Gateway Community College, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science in Design Engineering in 2003. Donald then transferred to Stark State College in 2010 and completed a Transfer in Computer Engineering in 2012. Finally, Donald attended Kent State University from 2012 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
