Andrew Z. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career at Group Dekko as an Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing new products and machinery for manufacturing. Andrew also conducted testing and troubleshooting, interfaced with vendors and customers, and determined materials and processes used in manufacturing. Andrew then joined Methode Electronics as a Project & Design Engineer, where they designed and developed new product lines for heating and connector products, prepared project timelines, budgets, and quotations, and supervised one technician. After that, they worked at Giran Corporation as the Manager of Operations, where they oversaw the daily operations. Currently, Andrew is the President of MB Global Logistics, Inc., where they hold a leadership position.

From 1994 to 1998, Andrew Z. attended the Kaunas University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
