Rosemarie Bouman is the current VP of MB Financial, Inc. and EVP of Administration of MB Financial Bank. Prior to their current positions, Bouman served as the COO and CFO of Oak Brook Bank from September 1983 to August 2006. Rosemarie also served as the CFO of First Oak Brook Bancshares from January 1983 to December 2006. Her career began at Arthur Andersen where they worked as a Senior Auditor from January 1979 to December 1983.
