Jim started with Mazzone Hospitality in April 2014 as a traveling chef for PRIME Dining accounts and Mazzone Hospitality. He quickly transitioned to the General Manager of Global Foundries in July 2014. Jim has gone on to manage eight accounts and over 10 million dollars in revenue in his current role as District Manager.
Jim got his start in hospitality while working at the famous Grimaldiās Restaurant in Colonie, New York. He went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America class of 1992. After graduation, he worked for five years in Virginia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York for Marriott. In 1998, Jim began work with the Marrello Group opening eight restaurants across the Capital Region, including Clifton Park, Saratoga, Rochester, and Hartford.
