Erica's background includes a marketing research internship at Consumer Logic Research and event coordination for the Worship Department and Music Ministries at Oral Roberts University, overseeing retreats and album releases. As a missions team leader for the ORU Outreach Department, Erica coordinated international trips for student teams.
