Elizabeth Hackett has experience working at Mazuma Credit Union and Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter. At Mazuma Credit Union, they started in 2016 as a Member Relationship Specialist and later became a Service Delivery Project Manager in August 2021. Elizabeth is still employed in this role. At Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter, they started in 2020 as a Community Volunteer and is still actively involved.

Elizabeth Hackett attended Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods from 2017 to 2020. Elizabeth studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General during their time at the college. Elizabeth also obtained certifications from the Linkedin Learning App, including "Project Management Skills for Leaders" in May 2022 and "Managing Projects with Microsoft Teams," although the specific month and year of achievement for the latter certification are unknown.
