Rashid Al Rashdi is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Acting Information Security Officer at Mazoon Dairy (S.A.O.C) since November 2019. Responsibilities include SOC report analysis, project oversight, SEIM, email security, patch management, and VPN administration. Previously held positions encompass Information Technology Help Desk Support, focusing on IT infrastructure maintenance, user management in Active Directory, CCTV camera configuration, and early experience as a trainee in IT Helpdesk. Rashid enhanced technical skills through a short course on IPv6 with Cisco in June 2020 and gained practical experience as an IT Helpdesk Officer trainee at Mwasalat Oman from May to October 2019. Rashid is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Middle East College, following the completion of a Diploma in Computer Science at the same institution.
