Thierry Boonstra is a Director M&A Tax at Mazars, where Thierry specializes in coordinating national and international tax due diligence assignments, setting up acquisition structures, and reviewing SPA's. Prior to their current role, Thierry worked as a Senior Tax Advisor and Tax Advisor within the same company. Boonstra's career also includes experience as a Tax Consultant at BDO Nederland, a Legal Practitioner at Rechtswinkel Tilburg, and an Intern in Business Tax Advisory at Ernst & Young. Thierry holds a LLM in Tax Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with degrees in Dutch Law and Tax Law from Tilburg University.
