Blaine Phillips is an experienced Field Service Engineer currently employed at Mazak Optonics Corporation since March 2017, while also serving as the Owner of Technical Machine & Laser Service LLC since April 2016, providing field service in Fort Smith and surrounding areas. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Area Service Engineer at Amada America from June 2006 to March 2016, where responsibilities encompassed machinery installation, customer training, and support across various equipment types. Blaine also operated Machine Tool Service from January 1996 to June 2006, servicing machinery for customers and dealers nationwide, and worked as a Machine Tool Technician at Technical Machine Sales Inc. between March 1990 and January 1996, assisting with retrofitting and rebuilding machine tools. With over 20 years of field experience in service, troubleshooting, repair, and rebuild, Blaine has developed significant expertise in the machinery sector, complemented by a foundational education at Mesquite High School.
