Brian’s responsibilities include existing portfolio companies, deal flow, and overall Maywic management. Prior to joining Maywic, he was a Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at EY and responsible for assisting companies with transactions and providing Finance department insights during an integration or divestiture. He began his career at GE in several roles in finance over the course of 9 years including the Financial Management Program and the Corporate Audit Staff. Brian earned an Economics degree at Fordham University and also has an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Brian’s hobbies include SCUBA diving and curling.
