Eric Lavetti, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of human factors engineering, currently serving as a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Mayvin® since June 2021. Previously, Eric worked as a Project Manager at the Naval Surface Warfare Center from May 2019 to June 2021 and held roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Purdue University from August 2011 to May 2018. Earlier experience includes positions as a Systems Engineer at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. from 2008 to August 2011, and as a Human Factors Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 2007-2008. Eric's educational background includes a PhD in Industrial Engineering/Human Factors and multiple master's degrees, culminating in a diverse academic foundation rooted in psychology and systems engineering from institutions such as Purdue University, Naval Postgraduate School, and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
