Jon Pomasl is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Wisconsin Fabrications at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. since May 2021, Jon oversees multiple tube bending facilities with a focus on operational efficiency and financial management. Prior roles include Plant Manager and Vice President of Operations at MEC, and Chief Operating Officer at Professional Power Products Inc., where Jon led custom-engineered solutions for the power generation industry. Early career experience includes positions as Estimating Manager at Robinson Custom Enclosures, Production Manager at Brenner Tank LLC, and Production Methods Engineer at Performa Inc., where Jon contributed to lean manufacturing transformations. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
