Alon Goldman has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Alon started their career as a student at Intel, where they worked in Integration Labs. After that, they joined Rafael as an Industrial Engineer, where they primarily focused on system analysis. In 2009, they joined Uptima and held multiple roles, including Director of Professional Services, General Manager - EMEA, and Solution Architect and Project Manager. During their time at Uptima, they gained experience as an IT consultant, specializing in cloud-based management information systems. In 2017, they joined Deloitte Israel as a Manager in the Salesforce Practice, and later moved to Maytronics where they currently serve as the Head of IT Enterprise Solution & Data Architecture.

Alon Goldman obtained a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on the management of knowledge-based and technology-intensive firms, earning it from the same institution between 2011 and 2013.
