Geoffrey Gibbs, Jr. has over 19 years of work experience in various engineering roles. GEOFFREY started their career in 2001 as an Actuarial Associate at Towers Perrin. From 2003 to 2009, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Program Manager at Federal-Mogul Corp. At Nexxus Lighting Inc., they served as the Director of Research & Development/Engineering and later as the Program Engineering Manager from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, Gibbs joined Gerbing as the Vice President of R&D/Engineering. GEOFFREY then went on to work as the Director of Operational Excellence & Engineering at Porter's Group LLC from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering at Maysteel Industries LLC since 2015.

Geoffrey Gibbs Jr. completed their education in a chronological manner. GEOFFREY first attended Morehouse College from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, Gibbs attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME).
