Darci Boettcher has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Darci began their career in 2002 as an HR Intern at Hartford Savings Bank. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., where they conducted interviews, assisted with hiring processes, and addressed employee concerns. In 2005, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager at Securitas, where they managed workers' compensation claims, oversaw the safety program, and completed required HR reports. In 2007, they joined Maysteel Industries LLC as a Senior HR Generalist and later became a Human Resources Manager. At Maysteel, they partnered with facility management and business unit leadership to maintain a high-performing and satisfied workforce.
