Dolores Eccles is an experienced Networks and Security Manager at Mayo County Council since December 2019. Previously, Dolores held the role of Senior Program Manager at Oracle from April 2010 to December 2019, managing the Systems Security Office and ensuring compliance with Oracle's Software Security Assurance standards. Additional responsibilities included leading the Globalization Information Engineering team to deliver globalized software and documentation. Before Oracle, Dolores had a diverse tenure at Sun Microsystems, where positions included Program Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer. Educational qualifications include a BSc Hons in Computing and Information Systems from Ulster University, along with a Diploma and Certificate in Local Government from the Institute of Public Administration.
