Sara Messina is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and strategic messaging. Currently serving as the Internal Communications Director and previously as Communications Manager at Mayo Clinic since June 2019, Sara also founded and operates Simple Home Method, a home organization service focused on the KonMari tidying method. Prior roles include Vice President of Communications at BNY Mellon, Communications Manager at The Institute of Internal Auditors, Senior Public Information Specialist at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and Economic & Financial Education Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Sara Messina holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, a Digital Communications Certificate from Rutgers Business School, an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of Florida, and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Florida.
