Cara Diaz, MHA, currently serves as the Strategy Director at Mayo Clinic since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cara held positions at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, including Business Intelligence Manager and Business Informaticist from May 2012 to January 2021. Cara also worked at Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation as Grants Program Manager and SBIRT Program Manager from August 2010 to May 2012, and at NRC Health from 2005 to 2010 as Account Director for Market Insights and Measurement and Improvement Analyst. Cara earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Des Moines University.
