Dr. Sarmed S. Sami MBChB MRCP PhD is a highly experienced consultant gastroenterologist currently serving at Mayo Clinic Healthcare, The Princess Grace Hospital, and The London Clinic, among others. Dr. Sami is also the founder and director of Digestive Health UK and holds honorary positions at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and UCL as an honorary consultant and associate professor. Previous experience includes a gastroenterologist role at Mayo Clinic Rochester and an advanced endoscopy training fellowship at the University of Nottingham. Dr. Sami's education includes advanced training at the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine and a PhD in Gastroenterology from the University of Nottingham. Dr. Sami's background is further supported by a postgraduate certificate in medical education and membership in the Royal College of Physicians UK.
