Dawn Fletcher, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, currently serves as a Nurse Administrator at Mayo Clinic Healthcare since January 2023. Prior to this role, Dawn held various leadership positions at Emory Healthcare from August 2012 to December 2022, including Director of Patient Care Service Line and Director of Patient Care Practice, as well as Senior Manager for Clinical Services & Operations in multiple departments. Earlier experience includes the position of Clinical Manager for the Transplant Unit at Piedmont Healthcare and roles in sales management and operations with Internet Security Systems, The Maxim Group, and Britches Great Outdoors. Dawn's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems Leadership from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Kennesaw State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercer University.
