Todd Weston

Director Of Site Engagement, Todd And Karen Wanek Program For Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome at Mayo Clinic Rochester

Todd Weston, PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Todd has worked in various roles, including as a Director of Site Engagement for the Todd and Karen Wanek Program for Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome at Mayo Clinic Rochester since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for driving innovation and discovery in HLHS research.

Prior to this, Todd served as a Project Manager at Mayo Clinic, starting in 2016, where they focused on Clinical Trials Management Systems to support clinical research.

From 2006 to 2019, Todd was the President of RecordWerks Inc, a parent company for several ventures. Todd successfully sold ShredWerks, a mobile document destruction business, and later contracted with Air Quality Engineering Inc to provide sales and marketing support for the Midwest sales region.

Additionally, Todd worked as a Manufacturers Representative for AQE Sales from 2010 to 2016, where they were responsible for expanding the customer base and developing the dealer channel for industrial air filtration systems.

Before that, Todd was the President of ShredWerks from 2006 to 2011, a local mobile document destruction service.

Their career also includes being the President of Relion Corporation from 2001 to 2010, where they helped companies reduce costs with Business Process Automation solutions. Todd began their sales career at Metafile Information Systems Inc. as an Account Representative from 1999 to 2001 and at Wagers Business Systems Inc. as a Sales Representative from 1997 to 1999.

Todd Weston, PMP®, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, which they obtained from 1987 to 1989. Todd also pursued studies in Manufacturing Engineering at St. Cloud State University from 1985 to 1986, and in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at North Dakota State University from 1983 to 1985. Prior to their college education, Todd graduated from Aitkin High School in 1983. In 2016, they obtained the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
