Erinn Nathaniel has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2010, Erinn worked as a Human Resources Intern at North Carolina State University, where they assisted in various HR tasks and projects. From 2012 to 2014, Erinn worked as a Selection Coordinator at Apple Gold Group. They then joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, initially as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter from 2014 to 2015, and later as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Erinn joined Phreesia as a Recruiter. From 2018 to 2022, Erinn worked at Foundation Medicine, starting as a Recruiter and then progressing to roles such as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Manager of People Strategy, and ultimately Chief of Staff. Since 2023, Erinn has been serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Mayne Pharma. Throughout their career, Erinn has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and compliance.
Erinn Nathaniel obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Effectiveness from New York University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Psychology at North Carolina State University from 2008 to 2012. Their education began at Parsippany Hills High School, where they obtained a diploma from 2004 to 2008.
