Stephanie Mays serves as a Shareholder and Chief Talent Officer at Maynard Nexsen PC since April 2023, while also working as an Attorney at Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C. since September 2007. Mays specializes in representing management and advising clients on various aspects of employment law, including cases related to Title VII, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Mays holds a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College, earned in 2004.
