Melissa Olsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and retail operations. Currently serving as Market Leader at Maymont Homes since September 2022, Melissa previously held the position of Property Manager at The Connor Group from October 2018 to July 2022, overseeing all aspects of property operations for units ranging from 250 to 600+, leading sales teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior to that, Melissa was a Store Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance from June 2006 to October 2018, responsible for store operations, financial analysis, and training teams. Melissa also contributed as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the CAST Foundation from August 2008 to July 2018, managing budgets and organizing fundraising events. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University.
