Shane Lassiter is an experienced engineering and maintenance professional, currently serving as Engineering Manager and Director of Engineering at Mayfield Consumer Products since September 2017. Prior to this role, Shane worked at Darling Ingredients Inc. as Maintenance Manager starting in July 2015, and at Universal Technologies Inc. in various maintenance roles including shop mechanic, electrician, and HVAC technician from April to July 2015. Shane's extensive background includes positions at Pilgrims from July 1997 to June 2015 as Maintenance Superintendent, overseeing safety, budgets, training, and efficient maintenance operations with a team of maintenance mechanics and supervisors. Shane holds a high school diploma with a focus on vocational electricity from Mayfield High School, graduated in 1996.
