Eliana Rantz is an experienced administrative professional and artistic director with a robust background in education and the performing arts. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Mayerson JCC since January 2022, Eliana efficiently manages operations, event logistics for the J Classic, and fundraising communications while also engaging young children through music and drama activities. Eliana is the founder and artistic director of Postcard Theatre, a company dedicated to making theatre accessible to all. Past roles include English Professor at Xavier University and Middlesex County College, as well as various positions in curriculum development and drama direction at religious schools and summer camps. Eliana holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Education and English Education from New York University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Rutgers University.
