Victoria McAleer has extensive experience in customer service, warehousing, and logistics, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service, Warehousing & Logistics - Europe at Mayborn Group Limited since July 2013, following roles including Customer Services Manager and Global Consumer Liaison Manager. Prior to this, Victoria held the position of Customer Care Centre Manager at Arcadia Group Ltd. and General Manager at Virgin Active, managing multiple health clubs with significant turnover and membership. Victoria’s background also includes work as an Operations Manager at Sitel, overseeing various B2B and B2C client teams, and various roles at BT from 1998 to April 2001.
