Henry Lau has a strong background in IT and banking, with over 20 years of experience. Henry is currently working as the Head of IT Online Services at Maybank Investment Banking Group. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Business Analyst at PhillipCapital. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President at RHB Banking Group, where they were responsible for application architecture, project leadership, and IT service management. Before that, they worked as a Senior System Engineer at LIM & TAN SECURITIES, where they managed online trading system infrastructure and application development. Henry's early career includes a role as an Assistant Manager at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB), where they focused on implementing security controls and ensuring compliance with security policies and standards.

Henry Lau attended Coventry University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1999. Henry also obtained the (ISC)2 Security CISSP certification from (ISC)² in 2018.
