Stephen Yong has extensive experience in leadership development and training consultancy, currently serving as Director at Blue Dot Learning since April 2002, focusing on HR programs, performance management, and coaching for Fortune 500 companies. In addition to this role, Stephen is an Associate Consultant at Korn Ferry and has held multiple positions as an Associate and Trainer at various organizations, including Accenture, SMG ASIA, Cegos Asia Pacific, and Insights.
