Heather Rice is the President of Smart Concrete Technologies, LLC, where Heather provides independent concrete moisture testing and representation of innovative building products. Heather also serves as an Independent Representative for Maxxon Corporation and SPRAYLOCK CONCRETE PROTECTION, LLC. In the past, Heather has worked as an Independent A & D Representative for H.B. Fuller and as an Independent Agent for HPS Schönox. Heather has also held various roles at MAPEI, including Business Development Leader, Midwest Regional Manager, and Commercial Project Manager. Heather has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
