Ratchaphon Damhong is a Mold Design Engineer at Maxxis International since March 2021, with a background in maintenance and production engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Maintenance Engineer at Ty Steel Co., Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance planning and equipment procurement. Ratchaphon also held the position of Assistant Head of Production at Thai Eastern Group Holding Public Co., Ltd, focusing on efficient rubber production processes and energy analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from South East Asia University, obtained from 2014 to 2017, and completion of m.6 at Sa-ard Paderm Wittaya School in Chumphon.
