John Patrick Hackett is an experienced professional in property management and account executive roles. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Maxwell-Kates, Inc. since February 2023, John previously held the position of Portfolio Manager at GDC Properties, LLC, where oversight included the construction and lease-up of thirty-eight townhomes in Long Island City. Prior to that, John worked at Two Trees Management Co. as an Assistant Property Manager, managing eight hundred units across seven buildings in Dumbo, Brooklyn, and as a Resident Services Coordinator overseeing tenant needs in a three hundred unit building. Early career experience includes a role as a Graphic Designer at Concept Farm. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Binghamton University.
