Kristy Eastman is the General Manager at Maxsum Consulting, where Kristy has been working since March 2018. Prior to this role, Kristy served as the Operations Manager at Maxsum Solutions Inc. Kristy also worked as a Consultant for PM Framework Review at Siemens and held the position of Project Scheduler. With a Diploma of Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, Kristy also completed diploma programs in Building/Construction Site Management/Manager. In their previous role at Thiess, Kristy was responsible for Training and Development coordination as well as Administrative Support management.
