Jim Redman has extensive experience in photography and human resources management. As the Director of Photography at Paramount-MaxPreps from May 2007 until February 2024, Jim supported around 600 active sports photographers and shot sports full-time for the largest high school sports media company in the USA. Prior to this role, Jim founded and served as President of Action Sports Photography, specializing in digital photography for major sports leagues like the NFL, MLB, NBA, and Nascar. Jim also held significant HR management roles at Asyst Technologies and other tech organizations, showcasing a diverse skill set that combines creative and managerial expertise. Jim earned an A.A.S. degree in Electronic Technology from Illinois Valley Community College between 1982 and 1985.
