Shalini Sharma began their career in 2013 as an Accounts Payable at Gunnebo, where their responsibilities included accounts payable, bank reconciliation, creditors management, preparation of funds flow statement, updating and daily reconciling of funds availability from bank statement, reconciliation of accounts with statement of clients, and preparation of GST & provisional tax details and payment of the same. In 2015, they joined Maxonic as a Senior Accountant, and was later promoted to Lead Accountant and then Manager - Finance & Accounts.

Shalini Sharma completed their MBA in Finance from Apeejay School of Management in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University in the field of Finance and General.
