Ram Reddy has been working in the IT recruitment industry since 2015. Ram began their career as a Technical Recruiter for IDC Technologies, Inc. in 2015. In 2018, they joined Orgspire Inc as a Senior US IT Recruiter. In 2019, they moved to Maxonic, Inc. as a US IT Recruiter, where they provide contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staff augmentation services to Fortune 500 companies.

Ram Reddy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BSC from Mangalore University between 2009 and 2012.
