Kumar D has been in the recruitment industry since 2007, when they began working as a Sr Recruitment Specialist for a Confidential company. In 2015, they joined Maxonic, Inc. as a Lead Recruiter, providing contract, contract-to-hire and permanent staff augmentation services to Fortune 500 companies.

Kumar D completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University in 2003, after studying there from 1999.
