Martins Elemo has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Martins started their career in 2016 at BasTec Engineering Services as a Modeling and Draftsman where they worked on line drawings of piping systems and 3D modeling with Solidworks. In 2018, they joined SIMEC - Australia as an Analysis and Improvement Engineer-Mechanical, responsible for improving mechanical systems. Martins also worked as an Engineering Vacation Student during this time. In 2015, Martins worked at Apple as an IOS Mentor (Business Expert), where they acquired mobile contracts and payment plans for customers, trained team members, and provided retail and customer assistance. Currently, they are working as a Project Engineer at MaxMine, starting in June 2021.

Martins Elemo completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the South Australian Institute of Business & Technology from 2014 to 2016. Martins then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Australia from 2014 to 2018.
