Florian Bloemer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in systems integration and test engineering, currently serving as Director of Systems Integration and Test Engineering at MaxLinear since August 2020. In this role, Florian leads Router System QA and WiFi Validation Teams, overseeing Wi-Fi router qualification, firmware releases, in-house and external Wi-Fi certification, and power optimization qualification. Prior to MaxLinear, Florian held senior management positions at Intel Corporation, where leadership included system QA and validation, and customer program management, as well as at Lantiq Taiwan Co. Ltd., focusing on application engineering and quality assurance for gateway platforms. Florian began the career at Infineon Technologies as a Senior Application Engineer. Academic credentials include a Dipl.-Ing. from the Technical University of Munich, complemented by studies at The University of British Columbia and the University of Melbourne.
