Iliyana Mladenova is an experienced professional in the insurance and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Transformation and Chief of Staff at MAXIS Global Benefits Network. With a wealth of experience at AXA, roles have included Head of Region for the Middle East, P&C Risk and Capital Manager, and Technical Pricing Analyst. Iliyana began their career as an actuarial analyst in the Future Leaders Program at AXA PPP healthcare. A graduate of the University of Warwick with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, specializing in Mathematics, education was also received at Sofia Highschool of Mathematics.
