Zeferino Neto is an accomplished executive in the automotive industry with extensive experience in engineering and operations. Currently serving as President of the Americas Business Unit at Maxion Wheels since January 2010, Zeferino has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Global Aluminum Engineering Director. Prior to Maxion Wheels, Zeferino worked at Meritor for over a decade, where responsibilities included Production Manager and Global Product Engineering Manager. Early career experience at Rockwell Automotive involved roles as Product Engineer and Junior Quality Engineer. Zeferino holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master's degree in Marketing from Instituto Nacional de Pós-Graduação. Additionally, Zeferino recently completed a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online. Educational background also includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Municipal de Engenharia de Piracicaba.
