Susan Simonich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and finance transformation, technology enablement, and quality and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Business and Finance Transformation at Maximus since June 2020, Susan has also held senior director roles in internal audit and technology within the same company. Prior to this, Susan was Head of Technology Enablement and Engagement at MassMutual for a year. Susan’s career at Maximus spans nearly eight years, during which roles such as Vice President and Director of Quality and Risk Management were undertaken. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Project Manager at Yankee Candle Company. Susan Simonich holds an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and has additional educational credentials from Regis College and Chicopee High School. Certifications include PMP, ASQ CMQOE, and SAFe 5 Agilist.
