Richard Sharp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and call center operations. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Maximus since December 2022, Richard previously worked as a Business Resiliency Program Manager at ICW Group from May 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included the development and testing of business recovery plans. Earlier roles also included Call Center Operations Manager at Urgent.ly and various management positions at Bank of America over a span of more than 28 years, where Richard excelled in customer service, operations management, and training program development.
