Ashley Ayad is currently working as In-House Counsel and Legal Affairs Manager at Maximus Real Estate Partners since October 2022. Prior to this, Ashley held positions as an Associate Attorney at Chan + Punzalan and McNamara, Ney, Beatty, Slattery, Borges & Ambacher LLP. Ashley also has experience as a Summer Legal Intern at CSAA Insurance Group, a Spring Law Clerk at AIDS Legal Referral Panel, and a Receptionist at Zacks, Freedman & Patterson, PC. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
