Neal Russell has extensive work experience in the operations and leadership roles. Neal currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Maximum Quality Foods since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Corporate Vice President of Operations at Ferraro Foods a Kelso Company from November 2022 to June 2023. From January 2018 to November 2022, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Acme Paper and Supply Company. Neal also served as the Vice President of Operations at Driscoll Foods from September 2015 to November 2017. Their earlier experience includes working as the Vice President Operations at Sysco Foodservice LLC from February 1987 to September 2015. Neal started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Crash Crew - ARFF member from 1982 to 1988.
