Michelle Hainey has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and business development field. Michelle began their career as a Sales Broker, Account and Territory Manager in the natural health industry, where they worked closely with Whole Foods Market and Independent Health Food stores. During their time there, they focused on building brand awareness, securing product placement, increasing sales, and creating long-standing relationships.
In 2009, Michelle joined Reserveage Organics as the Northeast Sales Manager, National Key Accounts. In this role, they led targeted distribution drives, managed inside and outside sales teams, broker teams, and direct distribution. Michelle also played a key role in bringing Collagen and Resveratrol to the US market and driving innovation in the Health and Beauty space.
In 2012, Michelle joined Maximum Marketing as the Director of Sales and Business Development. In this position, they led the business development efforts, managed the sales team, and oversaw marketing and customer strategy. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth, expanding from regional placement to global markets and achieving over $45 million in annual revenue.

Michelle Hainey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Johnson & Wales University.
