Josh Rickards serves as an Associate Broker at Maximum Independent Brokerage, LLC, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Josh spent over a decade at All Star Baseball Academy, holding positions as Director of Operations-Special Events and Baseball Instructor and Outside Sales. Josh also has experience as a starting pitcher with teams such as Vaessen Pioniers, Lake Erie Crushers, Reggio Baseball, and Solingen Alligators. Educationally, Josh earned a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Marist College between 2005 and 2009.
