Pierce Thiot has a diverse work experience in the advertising industry. Pierce started their career as an Art Director Intern at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in 2011. Pierce then worked at TBWA\Chiat\Day in various roles, including Youngblood Art Director, Art Director, and ACD/Sr. Art Director, from 2011 to 2016. After that, they joined Anomaly as a Creative Director from 2016 to 2018. Following their time at Anomaly, they worked as a Creative Director at TBWA\Media Arts Lab from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Creative at Maximum Effort, starting in 2022.
Pierce Thiot attended Brigham Young University from 2004 to 2011, studying Communications with a focus on Advertising Design.
